About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader for the role of Head - Institutions Development to drive market access and institutional engagement within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in healthcare ecosystems, market access strategies, and commercial excellence, and will play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead institutional development initiatives focused on market access, pricing, reimbursement, and stakeholder engagement in the healthcare and pharma sectors.

- Develop and execute commercial strategies, go-to-market plans, and integrated marketing approaches to achieve business objectives.

- Drive cross-functional projects, collaborating effectively with internal teams such as Market Access, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Regulatory.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key institutional stakeholders, including government agencies, payers, and industry bodies.

- Analyze market data and healthcare trends to inform strategic decisions and enable data-driven market access planning.

- Provide thought leadership and insights on the evolving healthcare regulatory and policy landscape.

- Influence and advise senior leadership on market access strategy, policy changes, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA from a premier institute (IIM, ISB, or equivalent).

- Background in Economics, Public Policy, or Healthcare Policy is a strong advantage.

- 8-12 years of overall work experience, with at least 3-5 years in Market Access within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong exposure to pricing, reimbursement, health economics, and stakeholder engagement.

- Proven experience in commercial strategy development, go-to-market planning, and integrated marketing execution.

- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Profile:

- Prior consulting experience with top-tier firms (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain).

- Experience in commercial excellence roles within healthcare or pharma.

- Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, regulatory environment, and policy frameworks.
