Main Purpose of Role

To develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for one or more of the organization's complex, high-value, or strategically significant products/services. The role focuses on achieving established sales, revenue, and market share targets by leveraging market research, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for assigned products/services.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive activities in both domestic and international markets.

- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.

Product Development & Management

- Oversee product development, design, and pricing strategies.

- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities.

- Recommend and implement product/service changes to meet evolving customer needs.

Sales Performance Management

- Monitor sales volumes, revenues, and costs against forecasts.

- Adapt sales and marketing plans to improve overall performance.

Marketing & Promotion

- Oversee the launch of new products/services and ensure successful go-to-market execution.

- Collaborate with advertising and promotion teams to design impactful sales campaigns and marketing collateral tailored to target audiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Liaise with internal teams (Production, R&D, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of product improvements and strategy alignment.

Qualifications

Education: MBA (mandatory); Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 4 years in marketing and sales, preferably handling strategic or high-value products/services.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and market research skills.

- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

- Knowledge of pricing, product positioning, and brand strategy.
