Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Therapy Business Manager to drive the successful launch and growth of assigned brands in a specialty therapy segment. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, excellent relationship-building skills, and proven expertise in premium brand sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Successfully launch and establish assigned brands in the specialty therapy segment in alignment with overall brand strategy.

- Drive patient acquisition and consistently achieve therapy adoption, unit, and value targets.

- Ensure comprehensive customer coverage and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development in the assigned territory.

- Plan, execute, and monitor compliant medico-marketing initiatives to enhance therapy adoption.

- Manage and strengthen distribution channels while ensuring smooth service delivery to all stakeholders.

- Develop, implement, and monitor immediate as well as medium-term business plans for the region.

- Collect, analyze, and report market intelligence to the Head Office to support strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in specialty segment sales (pharma/healthcare industry preferred).

- Proven track record of selling premium brands in competitive markets.

- Strong understanding of therapy-driven business models and stakeholder management.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.

- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with strong business planning capabilities.

Qualifications:

- MBA (preferably from a Tier-1 institute) with a specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Healthcare Management.

- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field is an added advantage.
