Job Title: Area Business Manager

Main Purpose of Role:

The Area Business Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing activities related to analyzing business opportunities across domestic and international markets. The role focuses on driving business growth while ensuring alignment with the company's financial and marketing objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the business development team.

- Lead and mentor a team responsible for evaluating, analyzing, and formulating strategies to support business expansion.

- Drive the development and execution of key projects, ensuring timely and successful closure of business deals.

- Prepare, review, and execute business proposals, providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

- Support organizational goals through effective planning, coordination, and coaching of team members.

- Contribute to business growth initiatives without direct budget or hire/fire authority.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or related fields.

- Skills: Strong analytical ability, leadership skills, and experience in mentoring and coordinating teams.
