Tech & Logistics:
- Work with tech teams to enhance platform speed, security, and scalability.
- Integrate ERP, CRM, and AI-driven personalization.
- Align logistics and supply chain with e-commerce for seamless fulfillment.
Customer Experience & Retention:
- Ensure a frictionless journey across digital and physical touchpoints.
