Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Analyze competitors and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels such as networking, cold calling, and digital marketing.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
- Acquire at least one new client per month.
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales pitches and presentations.
Proposal and Contract Management:
- Prepare and present detailed proposals and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals successfully.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor and track sales performance against targets.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Revenue Growth and Margin Targets:
- 20% of the proposed CTC will be incentive based one
- For the twelve calendar months since the joining date, following will be the number targets
- Revenue Target = 10 times the annual CTC
- Margin Target= 30% of Revenue Target
Must Have: IT Staffing industry experience.
