Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparation of BOQ with Item description & process knowledge / Methodology of work as per design, drawings, requirements of project, scope of work, & site situations by coordinating with Site staff, Architect & Consultants.
- Estimation of all quantities from auto cad drawings for all civil & finishing items.
- Floating the BOQ / inquiry to contractors for every work.
- Rate analysis for all work items (Civil & Finishing) as per market rates of material & labour.
- Study of drawings & coordinating with consultants, architects for updating some change, correction, technical issues as per actual site constraints.
- Preparation of Comparative statements as per received quotations from vendors and technical specifications of work.
- Meetings with all the contractors for negotiations in rates.
- Preparation & issuance of Work order, Purchase order, Amendments, Techno commercial statements as per approved technical specificity of work along with approval & signature of VP Projects.
- Maintaining all the documentation (Hard & soft copy) of all works & projects. (i.e. Phase wise, Work wise & Project Wise)
- Taking follow up with all vendors for work progress & Architect, Consultants for approval of drawing etc
Candidate Profile:
- BE Civil with at least 6 years of relevant experience in contracts
- Experience in luxury real estate construction industry.
- Experience of working preferably in high rise luxury towers.
- Well versed with all the current market rates.
- Should have good data of vendors / contractors.
