Job Overview:
- The Assistant Branch Manager - Sales is responsible for driving sales, managing the admissions process, and ensuring revenue targets are met for the branch.
- The role requires a strong focus on business development, customer relationship management, and team leadership to promote Aakash's test-prep programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
-Drive sales and revenue growth by promoting Aakash's courses and educational offerings.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for lead generation.
- Ensure smooth execution of sales campaigns, outreach programs, and tie-ups with schools and coaching centers.
Team Management & Leadership:
- Supervise and guide the branch's sales team, ensuring performance and productivity.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the team to enhance their sales skills.
- Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure achievement of targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and key stakeholders.
- Handle customer queries and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Conduct seminars, counseling sessions, and events to engage with potential students and parents.
