Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Leasing Management

- Lead the full leasing cyclefrom client interaction and site visits to lease negotiation and deal closure.
- Achieve leasing targets while maximizing rental returns.

Client Engagement & Onboarding

- Provide a smooth leasing experience from inquiry to move-in.

Lead Generation & Networking

- Maintain strong broker/channel partner relationships for sustained deal flow.

Inbound Lead Handling

- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

- Provide performance reports and insights to senior management.

What Were Looking For

- 8+ years of exclusive experience in commercial office leasing

- Deep understanding of Punes commercial leasing market

- Strong negotiation, communication & relationship-building skills

- Willingness to be on the field daily across West Pune
