About the Role:

- Are you a results-oriented professional with a flair for B2B outreach and client acquisition? We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist with hands-on experience in the US market, who can generate qualified leads and build strong sales pipelines for our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate high-quality B2B leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach

- Qualify leads based on target criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor messaging for different industries and personas

- Maintain and update lead database (CRM proficiency preferred)

- Meet weekly/monthly KPIs for lead generation and conversions

- Nurture client relationships for long-term business opportunities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of proven experience in B2B lead generation or sales development, preferably in US markets

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong understanding of email marketing, outbound sales tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.)

- Track record of success in setting meetings and exceeding targets

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup

- Prior experience in SaaS, IT services, or consulting is a plus
