We are currently seeking a Strategy Manager to steer the medium- to long-term strategic vision of 3M India.

This pivotal role involves collaborating closely with senior leadership to propel growth, drive transformation, and foster business excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement India's strategic and operational plans in line with global objectives

- Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive assessments, and financial evaluations

- Create compelling presentations for key executive gatherings such as EC, LC, BOD, Investor Day, and EMVs

- Engage with Finance, Portfolio, and Functional leaders to execute growth strategies effectively

- Support initiatives related to change management, operational model enhancement, and exploring opportunities for growth through M&A, partnerships, and equity investments

- Serve as a strategic advisor to the MD/Strategy Director, ensuring alignment across all teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Demonstrated expertise in Strategy, Business Development, or Portfolio leadership

- Proficiency in analytics, finance, and organizational management

- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate across diverse markets

- Background in executing global strategies and driving business transformations

- Familiarity with 3M's businesses, technologies, and corporate culture would be advantageous

Experience Desired:

12-15 years of progressive experience in Corporate Strategy, Business Development, or Management Consulting, with proven success in developing and executing strategies in global markets. Prior exposure to diversified industries or multinational corporations preferred.
