About the Role: We are seeking an experienced General Manager - Construction to oversee key projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and seamless coordination among stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Oversee and coordinate internal teams and external vendors for project execution. - Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. - Develop project scopes and objectives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders. - Manage resource allocation and ensure technical feasibility. - Create and maintain detailed project plans and documentation. - Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and systems. - Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
