Role Overview:
The Senior Sales and Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping Reavivas market presence and driving revenue growth.
This leadership position combines direct sales ownership with strategic offline marketing execution, ensuring Reaviva continues to build its reputation as a luxury holistic health brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales (50%):
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement innovative, high-impact sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Revenue & P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion, ensuring sustainable revenue growth.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, monitor KPIs, and use customer insights to refine sales approaches and improve ROI.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong in-person relationships with clients, communities, and partners to drive referrals and loyalty.
Marketing (50%):
- Offline Marketing Leadership: Design and execute creative offline campaigns tailored to local markets, driving visibility in the beauty, luxury, and wellness segments.
- Brand Promotion & Events: Spearhead brand activations, wellness fairs, partnerships, and community-driven events to enhance brand positioning.
- Budget & ROI Management: Oversee offline marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact.
- Brand Identity: Strengthen Reavivas reputation as a premium holistic wellness provider through consistent storytelling and on-ground engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).
- Experience: 10 - 15 years in sales and marketing within healthcare, wellness, beauty, or luxury brands with proven success in P&L management and scaling premium businesses.
Expertise:
- Strong background in offline sales and marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in luxury brand-building and customer engagement.
- Team leadership experience with a structured, data-driven approach.
Skills & Competencies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
- Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking.
- Familiarity with holistic health/wellness practices (preferred).
