Role Overview:
- As a Centre Operations & Growth Manager, you will own the P&L of assigned centres, lead growth initiatives, and ensure seamless coordination across marketing, sales, operations, and clinical teams.
- You will be responsible for driving patient acquisition, enhancing referral networks, optimising lead funnels, and building Everhope's brand reputation at the centre level.
Key Responsibilities:
Business & P&L Ownership:
- Own and deliver centre-level P&L, ensuring consistent top-line growth.
- Track, analyse, and report monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage teams of PROs, telecallers, and field marketers.
- Drive performance management, training, and productivity enhancement.
Growth & Marketing Execution:
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives (digital campaigns, offline activations, CMEs, health camps).
- Build and strengthen doctor referral networks to grow OPD and surgical cases.
- Monitor and optimise lead funnel performance: Marketing - Telecalling - OPD - Surgery.
Operations & Coordination:
- Align with clinicians to optimise OPD schedules and coverage.
- Ensure smooth patient experience across the entire care journey.
- Implement and track weekly dashboards & CRM-based data insights.
Brand & Reputation:
- Drive centre-level brand building and maintain strong relationships with patients, doctors, and local communities.
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and trust-building initiatives.
Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of centre revenue targets (monthly, quarterly).
- Surgery conversion rates by lead source.
- Growth in doctor referrals and PRO performance outcomes.
- ROI on marketing spends (digital + offline).
Requirements:
- Experience: 4 - 7 years in sales, P&L management, or centre operations in healthcare, diagnostics, or edtech.
- Education: Tier-1 or Tier-2 MBA strongly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven experience in team management & ownership of growth metrics.
Skills & Mindset:
- Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven with experience in CRM, funnel management, and dashboards.
- Hands-on and comfortable working with field teams, doctors, and patient-facing staff.
- Structured approach to operations, marketing, and growth strategy.
