PGDM (HRM) Programme from XLRI is the first programme of its kind, specifically designed for

working professionals aspiring to become future CHROs. The Programme helps professionals develop capabilities to re-imagine and reboot HR strategy for continued professional success in the New Normal.

Program Outline:

This is a 18 months Programme, comprising of Six Terms (Five Terms of Live Sessions

and Final Term for Capstone and Dissertation)

Academic Year:

The AICTE-approved PGDM(HRM) for Emerging CHROs spans 19 months, including

a one-month break.

Registration:

Registration is based on meeting the qualifying criteria, submitting registration

fees, and successful verification of all documents. Any falsification of information or

documents will result in immediate expulsion from the Programme, without any

refund of deposits or payments.
